ahungrygirlsweightlossjourney: theskinnyveg: peacefulserenityxhealthylife: strengthfromstruggle: DEADLIFT!!!!!!!! Hoping to successfully do this by the end of the year! Gradually increasing my weights. I can’t wait to be ripped! I love that this person is lifting an amazing weight but what I love more is how the other two are cheering and screaming for her, encouraging and pushing her. It’s this kind of feeling that I find in the fitblr community. Sadly we may not be able to do this in person but the support is always there. It’s a beautiful thing. Just like this picture. I have to agree with the last comment - the emotion coming from the women behind the lifter is just as powerful as the emotion on the her face. Ditto to the comment. I honestly don’t think I could succeed w/o the fitblr community.
