The gym scale teeterd between 155 &156

Home scale read 154 twice 156 twice, & one time 157 Lol.

So I marked at 156 b/c that came up the most & is also in the middle LOL. 

Calories: 621 thus far 

For Breakfast:Nutrigran Bar

Post Gym: boiled egg, toast

Lunch: N/A

Snack: Raisen Bran Crunch, gummi bears

Dinner: 4oz steak, Salad (lettuce,tomato,cucumber,cheese) unless my family goes out to eat 

Snack/dessert:

It’s the weekend && I’ll stop counting calories in like an hour.
