&lt;p&gt;I chose to jog b/c I need to get ready for the Glow Run Next week. I did really well.  Most likely b/c I kept thinking of that horrid number from yesterday&amp;#8217;s pre weigh in.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There also was a nutritional challenge today. and the as 5-6 small meals. I give myself 4/5 because I ate a snack wrap from cookout. It was that or no dinner until 10. And I was quite hungry and not driving. &lt;p&gt;Today Began Cycle 2! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was excited, Ran my mile &amp;amp; did my fit test and now I hurt, I hurt real bad. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I weighed myself and I am NOT  happy with the number. There has to be a way to stop fluctuating&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For now, i&amp;#8217;m going to have to go back to Myfitnesspal and really counting calories. Luckily this challenge focuses on clean eating to, so only water,tea,coffee. No fried foods. 5 small meals and at least 1200 cal a day. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At the end of this 5 weeks. I want to have shed 5-8 lbs and be a SOLID size 8. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Even though I love saying &amp;#8220;shawty is a 10&amp;#8221; Lol.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Until tomorrow. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;8 squats &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7 Leg lifts (I do switch kicks) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6 Jumping Jacks &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5 crunches&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 Squats&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 Leg Lifts  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 Jumping Jacks &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 min Jogging&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TOTALS&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jumpng Jacks - 180&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Crunches - 140&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Squats- 120&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Leg Lifts/Switch Kicks- 100 &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jogging- 10 minutes &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You don&amp;#8217;t feel it until the end because it little short sets, but boy will you feel it. &lt;/p&gt;
